CCAYD operates as a self-pay (cash-pay) medical practice and does not accept insurance at this time.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • All prices are disclosed prior to scheduling

  • Failure to provide payment may result in appointment cancellation or denial of services

7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Appointment scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-show policies are governed by our Payment & Booking Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
