Payment & Booking Policies
Effective Date: January 5, 2025
Compassionate Caregiving At Your Door is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care while maintaining fair and respectful scheduling practices. Please review the following policies carefully before booking an appointment.
Payment Policy
Compassionate Caregiving At Your Door operates as a self-pay practice. At this time, we do not accept insurance.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash and major credit or debit cards.
All fees are clearly communicated prior to scheduling and are based on the selected visit type and appointment length.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the self-pay model and associated fees.
Booking Policy
New patients must book a Standard Urgent Care, Chronic Disease Management, or Pre-Op & Post-Evaluations visit to allow time for a comprehensive evaluation.
Brief Consultations are reserved for established patients only and are intended for medication refills and follow-up care.
Appointments may be booked online and are subject to availability. Same-day appointments may be available when scheduling allows.
Patients are responsible for selecting the visit type that best fits their needs. If you are unsure which visit to book, we recommend scheduling a Standard Urgent Care visit to allow adequate time for evaluation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change and strive to remain flexible while respecting provider time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are also subject to a 50% charge.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
Rescheduling Policy
Patients may reschedule an appointment up to three (3) times within a 60-day period.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than three times within this timeframe, the patient may be required to contact the office directly before booking future appointments. This policy helps ensure fair access to care and respects the time reserved for each visit.
Late Arrivals
Timely attendance is important to ensure a productive visit. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or require rescheduling, depending on availability and clinical appropriateness.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Compassionate Caregiving At Your Door, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Payment & Booking Policy.
