Availability is offered every month on a rolling basis, so you can schedule services when you need them without long-term commitments.
New openings are added continuously, and appointments that open up are promptly filled in the order requests are received.
This flexible approach ensures consistent access to care while allowing you to adjust plans month to month as needs change.
Our goal is to make accessing care simple, transparent, and supportive.
New patients must book a Standard Urgent Care, Chronic Disease Management, or Pre-Op/Post-Op Evaluation visit to allow time for a comprehensive evaluation.
Brief Consultations (15 minutes) are reserved for established patients only and are intended for medication refills and follow-up care.

Before You Schedule
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be booked the same day if availability allows. We strive to offer flexible scheduling while respecting the time reserved for each patient.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are also subject to a 50% charge.
Rescheduling Policy
Patients may reschedule an appointment up to three times within a 60-day period.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than three times within this timeframe, the patient may be required to contact the office directly before booking future appointments.
This policy helps ensure fair access to care and respects the time set aside for each visit.
