CCAYD Payment & Booking Policy

This Payment & Booking Policy outlines the terms related to appointment scheduling, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Compassionate Caregiving At Your Door, LLC (“CCAYD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

1. Payment Policy

CCAYD operates as a self-pay (cash-pay) medical practice and does not accept insurance at this time.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • Fees are based on the selected service type and appointment duration

  • All prices are clearly disclosed prior to scheduling

  • Appointments will not be confirmed without successful payment

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or denial of services.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system or as otherwise directed by CCAYD.

  • Appointment availability is offered on a rolling basis

  • Appointment length is determined by the selected service

  • Services are subject to provider discretion and clinical appropriateness

CCAYD reserves the right to decline or modify appointments when medically, legally, or operationally necessary.

3. Brief Consultations (Established Patients Only)

Brief consultations are reserved exclusively for established CCAYD patients.

  • New patients are not eligible for brief consultations

  • Eligibility is determined by prior care history with CCAYD

  • Appointments booked in error may be canceled without refund

Patients unsure which service to book are encouraged to select Standard Urgent Care or complete the service selection quiz.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and strive to be fair while respecting provider availability.

  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for rescheduling or credit

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable

  • Same-day cancellations are considered late cancellations

Late cancellations limit our ability to offer appointments to other patients and therefore cannot be refunded.

5. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without notice.

  • No-show appointments are non-refundable

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or discontinuation of services

6. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance

  • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment

  • Same-day rescheduling requests are treated as late cancellations

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed visits, late cancellations, or no-shows

  • Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary based on the payment provider

8. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened visit time

  • Appointments may be canceled if a patient arrives too late to safely or effectively complete the visit

  • Late-arrival cancellations are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable

9. Provider Availability & Technical Issues

Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, emergencies, or provider availability.

If CCAYD must cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients will be offered:

  • Rescheduling at no additional cost, or

  • A refund or credit, as appropriate

10. Acknowledgment of Policy

By booking an appointment with CCAYD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Booking Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
