  • Low-acuity concerns are non-emergency issues such as mild respiratory symptoms, urinary discomfort, minor rashes, medication reactions, or other symptom-based complaints that do not require emergency care.

  • If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, neurological symptoms, or any life-threatening condition, seek emergency care immediately by calling 911.

  • Telemedicine is available for certain symptom-based visits. If your condition requires an in-person evaluation, we will advise you accordingly.

  • Antibiotics are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Not all infections require antibiotic treatment.
